Suthra Punjab Guide is an independent information website about Punjab’s province-wide sanitation program. We started it for a simple reason: the program affects millions of households – their streets, their bills, their neighborhoods – but understanding how it works shouldn’t require digging through government portals.

What we do

• Explain in plain language – how the program works, what your bill means, how to complain effectively, where jobs are really advertised.
• Point you to official channels – every guide links out to the real helpline (1139), the real portal, and the real app. We never stand between you and the government.
• Verify before we publish – program facts are checked against the official Suthra Punjab website, government notifications, and reputable news coverage. Every guide carries a “how we verified this” note with the review date.

What we don’t do

• We are not the Government of Punjab, the Suthra Punjab Authority, or any Waste Management Company.
• We don’t collect complaints, CNIC numbers, bill payments, or job applications. Any site asking for those that isn’t on a .gov.pk domain should be treated with suspicion, including this one’s past versions.
• We don’t publish “live vacancy lists” or operate bill-check tools. Those go stale or mislead, so we explain the official process instead.

Corrections

Government programs change. If you spot something outdated or wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it with a dated correction note.
